In order to achieve the lowest cost, elimination of Non Value Added activities is essential. Dawson Shanahan has taken steps in its manufacturing operation to incorporate assembly and test operations within its machining cells.

Using its engineering expertise, Poka-Yoke (mistake proofing) assembly fixturing has been designed and developed to ensure assembly integrity is maintained.
