FACLITIES

Our headquarters and primary cold forming, CNC machining and assembly manufacturing facilities are based in purpose built freehold premises covering over 30,000 sq. ft. (2,800 sq. metres) in Potters Bar, close to London in the UK. In addition, we have a satellite cold forming production centre in Mid Wales, producing key parts for the automotive and associated industries.

Our modern manufacturing centres allow us to respond quickly, efficiently and cost effectively to the needs of your business, whether the demand is for a small number of complex assemblies or the long term production of high volume components.

Our facilities include:

• production and quality control, with dedicated costing, order processing and production scheduling systems operating to ISO9001

• engineering departments with fully integrated 3D CAD/CAM systems, DNC to shop floor and state of the art CNC machine tools

• the latest 3D modelling, FEA and software design tools

• fast prototype engineering, with FTP information exchange, and full in-house tool design and engineering

Quality control at all times is essential and we operate our purpose built quality management system. This incorporates:

• APQP (Advanced Product quality Planning)

• FMEA and Control Plans

• PPAP (Product Part Approval Process)

• capability studies on significant part characteristics

• real Time SPC

• gauge R&R studies

• CNC and manual CMM co-ordinate measuring systems.
